The Challenge
Batlah, a luxury fragrance house, needed an online presence that truly reflected its premium positioning. While their existing Shopify store provided a basic eCommerce experience, it lacked the elegance, storytelling, and seamless navigation expected from a high-end brand. The product imagery did not capture the sophistication of the fragrances, and the user experience had friction points that impacted conversions. Batlah wanted a refined, luxury-driven online store that would not only elevate its brand but also improve customer engagement and sales.
The Solution
We crafted a bespoke Shopify experience that seamlessly blends luxury, functionality, and performance. By refining the UX/UI, we created a more intuitive and immersive shopping journey, ensuring effortless navigation from discovery to checkout. To enhance the brand’s visual storytelling, we directed a premium product shoot, capturing the fragrances in a way that feels aspirational and evocative. The new imagery, combined with an elegant dark-themed aesthetic, brings out the essence of the brand while maintaining a minimalist luxury feel. Beyond design, we focused on conversion optimization—streamlining the checkout flow, improving product page layouts, and integrating social proof elements to build trust. We also implemented Klaviyo email automation, setting up abandoned cart flows, welcome series, and retention campaigns to drive customer engagement.
